We're hiring Crew Leaders for 2024! Take your skills to the next level. Develop your field leadership and conservation skills leading a group of motivated young adults. Complete a wide range of natural resource management projects on Upper Midwest public lands. 

The Individual Placement Program connects our partner organizations who need help with natural resource conservation, environmental education, or capacity building projects with conservation professionals looking to break into the field and serve their communities through national service. Participants gain practical conservation and educator skills while working with a site mentor and exploring career options.

Crew Members complete high priority conservation projects across Wisconsin and the Upper Midwest. Projects may include trail building, habitat restoration, and carpentry. Crew Members live with their crew in campgrounds or indoor housing for the entire length of the season.
